The German Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) funded the “Sino-German Intercultural Communication Conference” Project, in cooperation with the Institute for Comparative Education, Humboldt University in Berlin, to host two international conferences, one in Berlin and one in Shanghai (Aug 2009 – Jun 2010, Primary Investigators: Prof. Juergen Henze, Humboldt University in Berlin and Steve J. Kulich, SII, SISU).

            The SISU June 11-13 “Chinese IC Disciplinary Development Symposium” had additional support from the SISU Research Office and the Chancellor’s Office.
